Mushroom Veg Fried Rice

Method of Preparation

  • Rinse basmati rice in running water, soak the rice for 20 minutes.
  • Add rice to excess boiling water, cook till aldente (3/4 cooked) and drain the water. Cool the rice.
  • Heat oil in pan add onion, green chilli , capsicum & carrot sauté on high flame.
  • Add mushrooms, salt & pepper powder sauté well, add spring onion, Spice Story red chilli sauce, Spice Story soya sauce, 2 tbsp of water & salt stir well.
  • Add ½ tsp of pepper powder, garam masala powder toss well
  • Add rice, salt & remaining ½ tsp pepper powder and toss well till all ingredients mix well.
  • Serve hot with any Chinese or Thai gravy.
