The #Spicyquickies ("Contest") is brought to you by Globalvalue Food and Condiments Pvt. Ltd (“GVFPL”/ “we”/ “our”/ “us”) for their brand Spice Story (“brand”) Please read these specific and general terms and conditions (collectively hereinafter referred to as "T&Cs") before entering this Contest. For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires "you" or "your" shall mean any natural person who is a participant in this Contest. You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below. These T&Cs are in addition to the www.spice-story.in Conditions of Use and/or the Privacy Policy, as may be applicable, to which you agree by using the Spcie-Story.in website or its corresponding mobile application / mobile site (collectively hereinafter referred to as "spice-story.in"). To the extent the spice-story.in Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these T&Cs, these T&Cs will prevail with respect to this Contest only. SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Details of the Contest and How to Enter:

1. This Contest will commence at 00:10:00 a.m. (IST) on 10th March, 2021 and end at 11:59:59 PM (IST) on 23^rd March, 2021, both dates inclusive ("Contest Period").
2. You can enter multiple videos in this contest period.
3. In order to be eligible for this Contest, during the Contest Period, you must:

(a) Follow us (i.e. Spice Story) on our social media pages i.e. @AwesomeSpiceStory on Instagram / AwesomeSpiceStory on Facebook. (b) Submit your recipe for a on any of our social media platform.   (c) The recipe entry must be followed with the hashtag #Spicyquickies (d) Only entries received on social media pages of Spice Story i.e. @AwesomeSpiceStory on Instagram / AwesomeSpiceStory on Facebook are eligible for the contest

4. Amongst all the participants who participate in this Contest, during the Contest Period, GVFPL will identify 6 winners who have received maximum likes, reposts and shares. Eligible entries will and winners will be as determined by GVFPL in its sole discretion. The winners will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest. The winners will be eligible to receive a 2 nights and 3 days in Manali or Konkan ("Prize") the location of which will be determined at the sole discretion of GVFPL. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be cancelled or deferred or gifted. The Prize cannot be clubbed with any other Contest / Offer / Facility / Right.
5. The Prize in either location will include stay for 2 nights * 1 Room with double occupancy and inclusive of breakfast. All other meals services to be charged as per rates applicable. Choice of Room provided at discretion of hotel and subject to availability. Room to booked at least 1 week before the check-in date. Valid from 1 July 2021- 30 Oct 2021. Guests have to comply with all hotel policies and regulations.
6. At the end of the Contest Period, the eligible participants, declared as the winners of this Contest, will be notified on Facebook/ Instagram to claim the Prize (“Winner Announcement”). The winners will be eligible to receive only 1 (one) Prize under this Contest. We will reply to the participant, informing the participant that he/she has won this Contest and asking his/her to DM (direct message) their full name, postal address and government ID soft copy (for age proof) to GVFPL to claim their Prize. Upon receiving the DMs from winners, we will acknowledge them and inform them that their Prize is being dispatched. In order to claim the Prize, winner must DM us within 5 days of being informed that he/she has have won this Contest. In the event the winner fail to claim the Prize within the above-mentioned time period, then we reserve the right to select another winner in accordance with the process stated above.
7. You shall ensure that your posts on Facebook/ Instagram are not inappropriate, indecent, hateful, obscene, defamatory, tortious, slanderous or libellous in nature.
8. In addition to these T&Cs, you shall also be required to strictly comply with the relevant policies, terms and conditions of Facebook/ Instagram.

1. ELIGIBILITY: In addition to the specific eligibility criteria, you also need to fulfil the following general eligibility criteria to enter into this Contest:

(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India; (b) You have delivery addresses within the territory of India; (c) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into this Contest. GVFPL and its affiliates employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our advisors, advertising / contest agencies are not eligible to enter into this Contest.

2. MAILING LIST: By entering into this Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other marketing materials for Spice Story. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.
3. OTHER CONTESTS: Please note that GVFPL or its affiliates may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit and/ or prize awarded in any other promotion or contest unless you enter each promotion or contest separately. If you are declared a winner under this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any prize or benefit under any other similar contest or promotion run by GVFPL during the Contest Period.
4. PRIZES: Subject to these T&Cs, during the Contest Period only 1 (one) Prize will be awarded to each winner(s) under this Contest.
5. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.
6. PRIZE DRAWING: The winner(s) of this Contest will be selected by GVFPL at the end of the Contest Period. GVFPL will notify the winner(s) on Facebook/ Instagram, and he/she will be required to share a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport within the prescribed time period. A PAN card copy is mandatory for prizes worth INR 10,000 or more. The winner(s) will automatically forfeit his/her claim to the Prize if he/she do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs. If any selected participant does not respond back to any communications sent in relation to the Contest within the time period communicated, he/ she shall not be eligible to be declared winner of the Prize. The selected participant will also be required to prove his/ her age, failing which he/she will be disqualified from this Contest. In such cases, another participant will be selected by GVFPL in accordance with the process stated above.

Each Prize will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond control, GVFPL may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. The Prize is non-transferable, non- exchangeable for cash and cannot be cancelled or deferred or gifted. The Prize cannot be clubbed with any other Contest/ Offer / Facility / Right. The winner will be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the applicable Prize(s) that are not specifically mentioned, including, but not limited to, taxes, levies or any similar amounts, and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the winner in receiving or using the Prize. The winner may be required to submit to GVFPL such tax filing information required including its Permanent Account Number (PAN) by Sponsor in order to claim the Prize. All Prize(s) awarded under this Contest will be inclusive of any taxes GVFPL is required by law to withhold as well as applicable sales, use, gross receipts, goods and service, or similar transaction-based taxes, as determined by GVFPL in its sole discretion at the time such Prize(s) are awarded. Payment made to the winner will be subject to withholding of appropriate taxes, levies or any similar amounts. All other taxes, costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of any Prize not specified in this Contest as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. IF TAXES, LEVIES OR ANY SIMILAR AMOUNTS ARE APPLICABLE TO THE PRIZE(S), AND NO SUCH TAXES, LEVIES OR SIMILAR AMOUNTS ARE WITHHELD, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER TO PAY TO THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES. PAYMENTS TO COMPETITION WINNER(S) ARE SUBJECT TO THE EXPRESS REQUIREMENT THAT THE WINNER SUBMIT TO GVFPL ALL DOCUMENTATION REQUESTED BY GVFPL TO PERMIT COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE STATE, FEDERAL, LOCAL AND FOREIGN (INCLUDING PROVINCIAL) TAX REPORTING AND WITHHOLDING REQUIREMENTS. The winner is responsible for ensuring that the tax documentation submitted to GVFPL complies with all applicable tax laws and requirements. If a winner fails to provide the documentation or submits incomplete documentation, the Prize may be forfeited and GVFPL reserves the right to select an alternate winner in accordance with the process outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.

7. ADDITIONAL TERMS: GVFPL may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in its sole discretion, change the T&Cs or cancel the Contest at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Contest should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest or submission of entries.

GVFPL or its affiliates will not be responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Contest. GVFPL may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any participant found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If your entry is incomplete (for example without the hashtag) or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. The authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Contest at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these T&Cs in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses. No benefits greater than those described in the ‘Description of the Contest and How to Enter’ section above in these T&Cs will be awarded.

8. FORCE MAJEURE: This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of GVFPL or its affiliates ("Force Majeure Event"). GVFPL or its affiliates shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Contest including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
9. PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in this Contest, you give GVFPL and its affiliates permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, write-ups, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made in relation to the Contest and any promotions, events, or contests to follow. You agree that GVFPL and its affiliates has the right to publish your saved item details for any communication, promotions, events, or contests that follow. You agree that GVFPL has complete ownership of such write-ups, pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose. These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation, etc. for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release GVFPL and its affiliates and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use. You give your consent to Spice Story its agents and assigns to use your name and likeness to promote the Contest and any promotions, events, or contests to follow. You understand that, by participating in the Contest, you are sharing your data with GVFPL and its affiliates.
10. LIABILITY RELEASE: This Contest is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in this Contest is voluntary. By participating in the Contest, you will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless GVFPL and its affiliates, and any of its employees or agents representing or related to Spice Story and its services/products for any matters in relation to the this Contest, including the Prize. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of the benefits/ Prizes offered under this Contest, in connection with any activity or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, or participation in the Contest, even if caused or contributed to by our negligence. By participating in this Contest, you agree to bear all the personal taxation that might arise out of the winnings from this Contest and shall not hold GVFPL and its affiliates responsible for payment of the same and/ or any dispute arising in relation thereof.

12. PRIVACY NOTICE: All information submitted in connection with this Contest will be treated in accordance with these T&Cs and the Privacy Notice available at spice-story.in
13. MISCELLANEOUS: The Contest is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The Contest and all accompanying materials are © 2021 by GVFPL. All rights reserved. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits shall be entertained. You agree that all decisions related to the Contest by GVFPL are final and binding on you. Failure by GVFPL to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person. These T&Cs are subject to Indian laws and the courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.
